The Adult Affiliate is an independent trade publication about adult affiliate marketing, written for webmasters. This page says who runs it, where it is hosted, what we measure and how our referral links work.
Publisher
The Adult Affiliate is written and published under the pen name TAA by a small team of adult webmasters. You can reach us through the contact form: we answer by email, usually within a few days. Corrections to an article are welcome the same way.
Hosting
- Server: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.
- Content delivery and DNS: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.
Referral links
Some links on this site are webmaster referral links. They all go through an address of the form /out/program-name/, which forwards you to the program’s sign-up page. If you open an account through one of them, the program pays us a share of what it earns from your account. It costs you nothing and does not change your own rates.
Referral links never decide what we write. We cover the programs we use or have tested, including their flaws, and the programs page lists every program we link to.
Adults only
This site has no explicit content, but the programs it discusses are adult businesses. It is meant for readers aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live if higher.
Privacy and cookies
- Audience measurement: we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which articles are read and which program links are clicked. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) and processes your IP address to estimate your country. We do not use it for advertising and we do not show ads. - Contact form: the email address and message you send are stored on our server so that we can answer you, and deleted on request. We never add you to a mailing list.
- Server logs: like any web server, ours keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, browser) for security, for a limited time.
- Referral links: when you click one, the program’s own site sets its tracking cookie to credit the referral. Its privacy policy applies from there.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and block Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. To access or delete the data you sent us, write to us through the contact form.
Content
Articles describe our own tests and platform behavior as of the date given in each article. Programs change their rules, rates and tools without notice: check the program’s own terms before relying on a figure. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice. Program names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify them.
