An AI girlfriend offer pays 40% revshare. A cam offer pays less. Moving your traffic looks obvious until you ask what those percentages are applied to, and how often the user pays again. We keep lifetime revshare as our starting point for cams and start every new AI offer on pay per sale (PPS). The reason is the spending model, not the size of the percentage.
Our verdict
PPS first for AI
| Effort | One controlled test |
| First results | Sales, then renewals |
| We still use it | Cam revshare: yes |
The short version
- Cam lifetime revshare pays on every later token purchase of a referred spender; AI girlfriend offers are safer on PPS until renewals are measured.
- AI revshare beats PPS only once a buyer’s eligible lifetime spending exceeds PPS divided by the revshare rate: $100 for a $40 PPS against 40% revshare.
- AI revshare can also be lifetime. CrakRevenue advertises that explicitly for Candy.ai, ourdream.ai and DarLink.
- Lovescape, sold on CrakRevenue as an AI offer, belongs to the Stripchat group: promoting it next to Stripchat does not diversify your platform risk.
- Compare approved commission per referred visitor at the same cohort age, not headline percentages or a network’s aggregate EPC.
Why do we favor lifetime revshare for cams?
Live cams give a returning spender repeated reasons to buy, without limiting their purchases to one monthly subscription. A user can buy tokens, return for a performer’s next stream and make another purchase. Different performers and live interactions give the same platform more opportunities to retain that user.
Revshare means you receive a percentage of the revenue eligible under the offer’s rules. With lifetime attribution, later qualifying purchases can keep earning for you without another click from your site. You are building a group of referred spenders, not just collecting commissions on today’s registrations.
That is the part we like. A single PPS payment gives up your share of the user’s later purchases under that offer. On traffic that brings repeat spenders, that can be an expensive trade.
Our own history is the argument. More than half of what cam revshare pays us today comes from sites we closed years ago: the users they referred are still buying. In our experience, a referred user often needs one to three years before spending at all, so a PPS payment on day one is priced before anyone knows what that user is worth.
None of this guarantees a long spending history. Plenty of registrations never buy anything, performers leave, and users move on. That delay is also why we avoid judging a new cam site too early.
Why isn’t AI revshare automatically as valuable?
An AI subscription can renew for months while producing a smaller commission than a fixed PPS payment. Retention matters, but so does the amount of eligible revenue retained.
For a subscription-led AI product, a user who stays within the included allowance may pay roughly the same amount each billing period. More conversations do not necessarily mean more revenue. A cam spender who buys another token package creates another purchase to share.
AI products can sell extra credits, images, voice features and other upgrades. Those purchases can change the calculation completely. CrakRevenue’s ourdream.ai page explicitly describes lifetime commissions on subscriptions and credits. Treating every AI offer as a flat subscription would be wrong.
We have little evidence yet that AI renewals last, and neither does most of the market. A small AI tools directory we ran took about six months to record its first sale, a PPS conversion on ourdream.ai. A buyer who arrives that slowly gives you no renewal history to extrapolate from, while a PPS commission is settled once the sale is approved.
Users may subscribe to try a feature, cancel after exploring it, or move to another service. Persistent memory and a character they want to return to can work in the other direction. These are retention mechanisms to test, not evidence that every AI service keeps users for less time than cams.
The distinction is between a spending history you have measured and one you are assuming. On cams we have measured ours; on AI we are still measuring.
| What you are comparing | Live cams | AI girlfriend products |
|---|---|---|
| Repeat spending | Further token or credit purchases | Renewals and optional credit purchases |
| Reason to return | Performers, live interaction, new sessions | Saved conversations, characters, new features |
| Main revshare question | Do referred users keep buying? | Do renewals and extras earn enough? |
| What PPS gives up | Later eligible cam purchases | Later eligible renewals and extras |
| Our starting choice | Lifetime revshare, with time to mature | PPS until revenue supports a longer bet |
Lifetime describes the commission, not the customer
AI offers can have exactly the lifetime feature that makes cam revshare attractive. On September 29, 2026, CrakRevenue’s own pages advertised Candy.ai at 40% lifetime revshare, ourdream.ai at 30% and DarLink at 45% lifetime revshare.
The word does not promise that a customer will keep paying, or that the program’s terms will never change. Check how the referral is attached to the account, which purchases qualify, what deductions apply and whether an inactivity rule can end commissions. A lifetime percentage of no further spending is still zero.
When does AI revshare beat PPS?
Revshare beats PPS when your share of eligible lifetime revenue exceeds the fixed payment, assuming comparable conversion and approval rates. Start with this calculation:
Break-even eligible revenue per buyer = PPS / revshare rate
Illustrative offer: $40 PPS or 40% revshare
$40 / 0.40 = $100 in eligible revenue to match PPS
If that fictional buyer generates $20 of eligible revenue per month, you earn $8 per paid month. Five paid months match the $40 PPS; the sixth puts revshare ahead before allowing for the delay in receiving the money. Two paid months produce just $16. These are examples, not a platform’s prices or our results.
Use the average across the whole buyer cohort, including early cancellations. Do not calculate retention from the users who are still subscribed. Include eligible extras, deduct reversals, and use actual receipts for annual plans rather than multiplying an advertised monthly equivalent.
This is why PPS is a sensible starting point for an unfamiliar AI offer. An approved sale establishes your commission without requiring the buyer to renew five times. The advertiser takes the subsequent retention risk; you still carry traffic costs, rejected-sale risk and the wait for payment.
PPS also works for cams when fast capital recovery matters or repeat purchases are weak. AI revshare works when measured renewals and extras beat the fixed alternative. Our preference is a starting rule, not a law of the industry.
Which CrakRevenue AI offers can you compare?
CrakRevenue, the adult affiliate network, lists 18 AI PPS variants on its public AI PPS listing. These six cover the range, checked September 29, 2026. Payouts and access still need to be checked against the exact offer in your CrakRevenue account.
| Offer | ID | Listed PPS |
|---|---|---|
| Candy.ai | 10022 | $36 |
| Candy.ai T1 Premium | 10335 | $44 |
| CandyShorts | 10468 | $60 |
| ourdream.ai | 10138 | $44 |
| Lovescape | 10223 | $42 |
| DarLink AI | 10345 | $30 |
Premium variants can require separate approval and have different country restrictions. CandyShorts is a separate product offer, not the standard Candy.ai subscription with a larger commission.
CrakRevenue’s pages do not always agree. The ourdream.ai brand page still advertises PPS up to $42; the PPS listing shows $44 for offer 10138. Keep the offer ID with every rate you record, and resolve conflicting terms before buying traffic.
For revshare comparisons, the public AI category page also lists Lovescape at 35%, alongside the Candy.ai, ourdream.ai and DarLink rates above. It mentions revshare options for Secrets.ai and Joi without a rate in their descriptions. Ask for the exact offer rather than fill that gap with a guessed percentage.
What we found setting up Lovescape
We started a PPS banner test on Lovescape in late September 2026, and two details changed how we set it up:
- The campaign link in the offer description rotates. In our account, the numbered campaign link shown in the Lovescape description sent visitors to Lovescape, Candy.ai or Xotic in turn. Behind a Lovescape banner, that breaks the promise of the creative. Build the link from the offer ID itself (10223 for Lovescape PPS) and check where it lands before going live.
- Lovescape is a Stripchat product. CrakRevenue presents it as “powered by Stripchat”, and its white-label cam site runs on Stripcash, Stripchat’s affiliate program. If Stripchat already pays most of your cam revenue, Lovescape adds a product, not a second company.
The offer catalog in our CrakRevenue account also listed a separate Lovescape lifetime revshare offer (ID 10224) at 70%, twice the public rate. Rates like that can depend on the account, so ask your affiliate manager before building a plan on it.
What does CrakRevenue offer on the cam side?
CrakRevenue’s public cam page lists these lifetime revshare examples, checked September 29, 2026. They are CrakRevenue rates, not the rates of the platforms’ direct affiliate programs.
| Cam offer | Advertised lifetime revshare |
|---|---|
| Stripchat | 16.25% |
| Royal Cams | Up to 18.75% |
| SweepSex | 15% |
| SinParty | 21% |
| Flirt4Free | 15% |
| MyFreeCams | 18% |
The same page lists Jerkmate, SlutRoulette, Cam4, Xtease, LiveJasmin, ImLive, BongaCams, Chaturbate and FILF, with payout models varying by offer. Cam affiliation through CrakRevenue is not limited to revshare.
Do not read 40% on an AI offer and 16.25% on a cam offer as a profitability ranking. The revenue base, purchase frequency, conversion rate and deductions can all differ. Your commission per referred visitor is what makes the comparison useful.
How do we test the two models?
We compare PPS and revshare within the same product and audience first. Sending cam-intent visitors to one offer and AI-intent visitors to another mixes product demand with payout economics.
- Save the exact terms. Record offer ID, countries, permitted traffic, qualifying purchase, payout, reversal rules and attribution. Confirm whether credits and renewals count.
- Tag each group separately. Keep the landing page and traffic mix comparable. Verify that your tags reach the report before spending money.
- Compare approved commission per referred visitor. For PPS, account for rejected conversions. For revshare, include later transactions from the original referrals.
- Follow cohorts at equal ages. Review at 30, 60 and 90 days, then continue if renewals or purchases are still arriving. A cohort is simply a group acquired in the same period; 90 days is not a lifetime estimate.
- Check concentration and cash flow. One large spender can swing a small sample. A higher eventual return also does not help if you cannot fund the campaign while waiting.
We explain the measurement setup in our guide to split-testing affiliate revenue. Keep a revshare test running long enough to observe the revenue that PPS would have given up.
Frequently asked questions
Is AI girlfriend revshare always worse than cam revshare?
No. An AI offer with strong renewals and eligible extra purchases can outperform a cam offer. Our preference for starting AI tests on PPS reflects uncertainty about future spending, not a proven universal retention gap.
Does a lifetime commission require a lifetime cookie?
Not necessarily. A program may use a cookie to attribute registration and then attach that account to the affiliate. Confirm both the initial attribution window and the rules for later purchases; the word lifetime alone does not explain either mechanism.
Does PPS mean instant payment?
No. PPS defines the event that earns a commission, not when the money reaches your bank. Conversion approval, payment schedules and minimum payout thresholds still apply.
Can AI credit purchases earn revshare too?
Yes, where the offer includes them. CrakRevenue’s ourdream.ai page explicitly includes subscriptions and credits, but you should verify coverage for each offer. Excluding extras from your calculation can undervalue revshare.
Can you change an existing referral from PPS to revshare?
Do not assume so. Treat a payout switch as applying to new traffic unless your affiliate manager confirms otherwise. Keep earlier referrals separate so a switch does not mix commissions earned under different terms.
What we do with new traffic
Keep cam lifetime revshare where returning spenders justify the wait. Start unfamiliar AI offers on PPS, measure a comparable revshare cohort, and change the allocation when approved revenue supports it. CrakRevenue lets you run both payouts on the same product, which is the only fair comparison. The percentage on the offer card can wait its turn.
